Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

The return policies on this page apply to products purchased from the Just Ride online store only.

Return Terms & Conditions

  • Full priced items are eligible for exchange or online store credit.
  • No refunds or exchanges on sale items for change of mind purchases
  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help! We don’t refund on change of mind purchases, however, we do exchange full priced items within 14 days of the order date.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a re-sellable condition:

  • in the same condition that you received it;
  • unworn and/or unused;
  • with original tags attached and in place;
  • in its original packaging; and
  • you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How to return

  1. To start a return, you can contact us at info@justridenerang.com.au and provide us with a description of your return request.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  1. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  2. There will be a re-stocking and processing fee of 2%.

Postage and Shipping

If you order the wrong size then we will not be responsible for the cost of the return postage.

If we provide you with an item which is the wrong size then we commit to paying for the cost of the return postage. 

Please note we do not provide shipping for bike purchases to avoid the possibility of any damage sustained to the item during transport. Therefore, we offer a strict “click and collection only” policy for bike purchases where the purchaser is to collect the bike item from our store in Nerang.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
Where a return is requested, we will send you a return label that you can print and then take to the post office for return shipping of the item to us.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded by way of your original payment method.

If the return request is due to us providing you with the wrong size, then we will be responsible for the return postage cost. If you are responsible for choosing the wrong size, then the refund amount will be the original purchase price less the shipping and postage costs.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and authorise the refund to your account.
