Rider Rewards is a loyalty program designed to streamline the way we look after our customers, so everyone is rewarded fairly and consistently across the store.
Kangaroo Rewards is the partner company which provides the framework for our loyalty system. Many retailers use the Kangaroo Rewards platform which allows
all your individual loyalty memberships to be stored in the one place.
One of our friendly team members will invite you to join when you make a purchase instore. All we need is your name, phone number and email (see Privacy Policy on how we use this information)
Alternatively, you may also receive an invite to join (referral) from an existing member.

Rider Rewards works on a points-per-dollar spent. As you make purchases in store you also can move up through tiers which will give you more points per dollar.
1$ spent = 1 point
30 points = $1 dollar redeemable instore. (e.g., 150 points = $5)
Tiers System
Bronze = 1 point per $1 (unlock Bronze spend $25)
Silver = 1.5 points per $1 (unlock Silver spend $3,000)
Gold = 3 points per $1 (unlock Gold spend $10,000)
Platinum = 3.6 points per $ (unlock Platinum spend $20,000)
No. You must continually spend the tier requirement each year to remain on your current tier, otherwise you will drop down to the tier relevant to your spend.
At your next checkout, ask our team to check your current rewards balance. We’ll advise you on any available credit ready to be redeemed and add this credit to your sale.
No. Your points will remain active for as long as you wish to accrue them,
regardless of if your tier changes.
Yes! If you have accrued enough points to cover the cost of a new bike you are welcome to redeem your points.
Points can be earned on any item purchased in-store including full priced bikes, apparel, equipment, bike rental, gift cards, electronics, workshop repairs.

Yes! There are many other ways you can earn points through Rider Rewards including:
- Receive 150 points just for signing up!
- Receive 150 bonus points ($5) for referring new members*
- Referred members also receive 150 bonus points ($5)**
- Birthday offers
- Exclusive access to future promotions (e.g. double points on certain days,
products etc)
- Exclusive access to future events
*Referring customer receives their bonus points after referred customer makes their first spend
**Referred customer must spend a minimum of $25 within 30 days of being
referred to receive their bonus points
